Payment conditions
1. Payment for items purchased at auction must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours after the end of the announcement.
2. Payment for items in Buy It Now format must be made within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of purchase.
3. In case of failure to meet these deadlines we can cancel the order and ban the customer temporarily or permanently from our store. If the customer needs more time to pay his order, he must request it by mail, we will analyze the case and we will accept or not his request. In case the customer does not pay in a maximum of 4 days the order will be automatically cancelled, unless we have agreed otherwise with the customer.
4. If the customer has a purchase pending payment and outside the payment period indicated above may be, at our discretion, banned from bidding on or purchasing other items until payment has been made for the pending purchase.
5. The fact of wanting to bid in a later auction or planning to place another order in the near future does not justify the delay in payment, so the policy of the previous points will also apply.

All items must be paid for under the terms of all of the above, including pre-sale or pre-order items, regardless of the expected date of shipment.
Shipping conditions
SHIPPING DATE
1. In case the item is in pre-sale, that is, it is not currently available for shipment, but has an expected delivery date provided by the mint or supplier, the shipping may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, in which case the customer agrees to wait for the mint/supplier to send us the item. We commit ourselves to ship within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time we receive the item from the mint/supplier.
2. The estimated delivery date in the advertisement is indicative and failure to meet it for reasons beyond our control does not allow the customer to cancel the order or claim any compensation.
3. eBay automatically calculates the approximate shipping time based on our processing time and the typical time required for delivery of the selected service. Actual shipping times may vary.
COMBINED SHIPPING
1. We do combined shipping, this means that you can combine the shipment of several items of the same order or even several orders, partially or completely, in one shipment. In no case are combined shipping costs free of charge.
2. For package shipments of up to 3 items the surcharge will be USD4.50 per additional item (e.g. an order of 3 items will cost the standard rate of one item plus USD9.00). For package shipments of 4 to 7 items the surcharge will be USD6.00 per additional item (e.g. an order of 5 items will cost the standard rate of one item plus USD24.00). For packages with 8 items or more, please consult the price, which will depend on the weight and dimensions of the package, and the EUR/USD exchange rate at the time of the customer’s payment. In case the package includes one or more particularly heavy or large items (e.g. 2 oz silver + 11.5 oz copper coins from PM Collectors, or Puzzle Art, Micropuzzle and Matrix Art, or similar coins), please consult the price, which will depend on the weight and dimensions of the package, and the EUR/USD exchange rate at the time of the customer’s payment.
3. Shipping costs will only be combined for items that are shipped in a single package, therefore if the order or orders include one or more pre-sale items, i.e. not available for immediate shipment but with an expected delivery date, shipping costs will only be combined for all items if the customer agrees to delay the shipment of the entire order to the expected delivery date of the item that is later available for shipment. The customer may also split his orders by date of availability of the items, in which case only the shipping costs of the items that are shipped in the same package will be combined.
4. The customer may request combined delivery charges for two or more orders placed on the same or different dates provided that all orders placed on previous dates have been paid for. Multiple orders may be combined as long as they can all be shipped in a single package.
5. In the event that the customer wishes to apply this shipping cost policy, he/she must request it and wait for us to send him/her the invoice with the rectified shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. In the case of international shipments (outside European Union), the customer must be aware of and assume the customs charges, taxes and import duties applicable in his country. All these expenses, and any others that apply in the customer’s territory will not be our responsibility, for which we will not accept any claim or compensation, nor the cancellation of the order or the partial or total refund of the payment made.
2. Our international shipping service outside Europe is UPS Express Saver, with delivery in 48-72 working hours. However, we are not responsible for any delay that may occur in the delivery of the package due to export delays in our country or import delays in the customer’s country.
3. Our international shipping service in Europe is UPS Standard, with delivery in 3-5 working days. However, this deadline may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.
Cancellations
1. No changes, returns and refunds are allowed, except for an erroneous, defective or different item from the one advertised.

Please note that it is not considered a defect or poor condition if the coin and/or its capsule shows marks, scratches or fractures typical of minting and handling by the mint.
Nor is ageing due to the passage of time considered a defect for coins minted more than two years ago.
